The winding finca from the 13th century consists of the manor house and its various outbuildings for the former cultivation of the estate. Lovingly restored in 1999 by the renowned architect Professor Manfred Tumfart and furnished with extraordinary details, the rooms surround the romantic central courtyard with its original medieval well. The finca is situated in the north of the island, quiet and secluded from any tourism, but at the same time within easy reach of Palma and Pollensa. The beautiful surroundings invite you to go hiking in the mountains and to visit the beach. The walls were built from the surrounding rock more than 700 years ago. Today, the partly natural stone surfaces show the stories of the besiegers and rulers, the simple life in the countryside and the history of the noble Pons family who founded the estate. The architect Professor Manfred Tumfart thoroughly examined every room of the estate, its function and its history. The details were carefully worked out, exciting contrasts were created and the rooms were enlarged with skilful lighting. The aesthetic framework he created preserves the basic qualities of the building and at the same time creates individual expression through the integration of sculptures. The restoration was completed in 1999. The rooms are located in the consecrated property. They are individually designed in a modern and reduced form, without questioning the charm of the old walls. The rooms have different sizes up to the master suite with 55 m² of living space.
