Binissalem, a village with a beautiful historic centre, full of mansions, most of them built between the XVII and XX centuries, was one of the richest regions, thanks to its wine tradition.
Today it is a quiet, yet cosmopolitan village. Here the local residents live side by side with a small colony of European foreigners, attracted by its landscape, gastronomic wealth, strategic location with respect to the capital Palma de Mallorca and the airport.
